Jadir Company Quality Policy

The Public Relations Department at Jadir Company is committed to achieving the highest level of communication and continuous improvement, both internally—between senior management and employees—and externally, with all relevant stakeholders, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 21001:2018. The department is also dedicated to enhancing the company's public image and strengthening its position among internal and external audiences by showcasing its activities and achievements.

In pursuit of this commitment, we pledge to:

  • Comply with all legal, regulatory, and legislative requirements, both locally and internationally, relevant to Jadir Scientific Studies Company, while implementing and reviewing the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 21001:2018.
  • Support and reinforce the executive management’s commitment to quality, ensuring that every individual upholds their responsibility in implementing quality management systems and fully cooperating with quality officers as an essential part of their role at Jadir Scientific Studies Company.
  • Adopt the latest educational, training, and management methodologies to ensure the company's effectiveness and sustainability in achieving its strategic and operational goals, aligning with the requirements of relevant local and international bodies.
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations by utilizing modern training and evaluation methods that contribute to the continuous development and improvement of students, while effectively addressing complaints and suggestions.
  • Ensure prompt and efficient responses to complaints and suggestions from all stakeholders, especially students.
  • Recruit and engage highly qualified trainers with a high level of expertise.
  • Attract, retain, and develop skilled employees, enhancing their capabilities and improving their skill sets.
  • Provide a safe and structured work environment that facilitates task completion and responsibility fulfillment.
  • Offer continuous support, guidance, and training to enhance employee efficiency and ensure they meet their obligations toward the company and its clients.
  • Continuously evaluate and measure performance levels across all stakeholders to ensure ongoing and effective improvement.

This policy is publicly available and communicated to all employees and stakeholders of Jadir Scientific Studies Academy. It is subject to regular review and updates (at least annually) to maintain its relevance and effectiveness.
