Why Tuhfat al-Ajawid Program for Training and Developing Quran Teachers?

Firstly: The only program worldwide that requires Quran teachers to graduate and be accredited according to the Tuhfat al-Ajawid curriculum is one that entails the student presenting the entire curriculum in twenty training workshops in front of experts to assess the depth of understanding, accuracy of performance, and presentation skills.

Secondly: It includes twenty supplementary workshops to assess the student’s academic and practical level individually after each lecture, with a focus on skill development.

Thirdly: It includes five workshops to train students on reading skills, error detection, description, and correction, where the student acts as a real teacher, listening to students’ recitation, identifying errors, correcting them, asking questions, evaluating, and providing guidance, all under the supervision of training experts.

Its duration is 75 hours of theoretical and practical study. It includes studying the first four chapters of the book ‘Tuhfat al-Ajawid’ in the art of Tajweed, with theoretical study along with practical application through training workshops where students present the entire curriculum in front of experts to assess the depth of understanding, accuracy of performance, and presentation skills

Its duration is 10 hours, consisting of educational lectures where we explain the conclusion of virtues and etiquettes from the book ‘Tuhfat al-Ajawid,’ including advice for reciters, mentioning the etiquette related to the teacher and the learner, some jurisprudential issues, and effective memorization methods and programs

Its duration is 35 hours of theoretical and practical study. It is an important introduction to understanding stopping and starting rules, including a complete explanation of the text of Al-Ajurumiyyah in Arabic grammar, with the possibility of obtaining a special license in grammar according to its conditions. Additionally, it covers the study of spelling and punctuation rules appropriate for the program’s objectives

Its duration is 30 hours of theoretical and practical study. We study the importance of stopping, its terminology, and its types according to the doctrine of Ibn Al-Jazari. We also practice practically the techniques of stopping at the ends of words, especially those with al-Rumm and al-Ishmam, and we also delve into the topic of hamzas

Its duration is 20 hours of study. Throughout this course, we take you on a visual journey supported by images of inscriptions and authenticated ancient writings. You will see how Arabic writing originated and evolved during the time of prophethood, how the Quran was written and compiled, how it was recited and codified, leading up to its current form.

Its duration is 5 hours, serving as an introduction to understanding the characteristics of human voice, how to deal with it, and preserve it. It covers concepts such as pitch, intensity, performance, and accompaniment, as well as how to depict various Quranic meanings through sound. Additionally, it includes techniques for breath control, expanding vocal range, and relevant exercises, along with important tips for voice preservation.
